The small Holy Spirit Church in the rear Aurina Valley has been a much frequented pilgrimage site for many years. A Via Crucis leads from Casere past gentle meadows to the sacred building which once served as church for the miners of the Predoi Copper Mine, but was also visited by many travellers.
