The Catinaccio/Rosengarten stretches for 8 kilometers from the Sciliar/Schlern in the north to the Passo di Costalunga/Karerpass in the south. It is particularly famous for its glow at dusk, when it shines in various shades of red. This natural spectacle is known as the Enrosadira - Dolomite Glow, which is also the subject of the legend of King Laurin. Numerous hikes can also be undertaken in the Catinaccio/Rosengarten massif, up to an altitude of 2,981m
