Castelrotto is situated high above the Valle Isarco, between the Val Gardena and the Valle di Tires valleys. The charming village in the heart of the Dolomites and on the foot of Mt. Sciliar is the main municipality in the Alpe di Siusi area. Its town center is characterised by shops, venerable houses and the third highest church spire in South Tyrol.
