Chiusa is a small but beautiful medieval city, situated in the Valle Isarco Valley. Surrounded by chestnut groves and vineyards, this romantic city is characterized by a rich history of art and culture. The picturesque alleys and facades have attracted travellers as far back as the Middle Ages when passing through Brennero on the way to the south. The city of Chiusa was also a popular destination for artists and poets. One such artist, Albrecht Dürer, spent his time here drawing the city in 1494. This small city is well worth the visit
