Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
We know very well that the unexpected can happen before departure. In order to avoid any charges in such circumstances, we recommend that you take a cancellation insurance policy. In this case, all cancellation charges will be covered by the European Travel Insurance Group.
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival cancellation is free.
If you cancel 6 days before your due arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the stay. If you cancel 3 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay (the same applies to no-show or early departure).
