Hotel Sonnleiten is a family operated business located in Cadipietra in the Valle Aurina valley.
It is surrounded by 80 three thousand metre peaks in one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful valleys. Today, the Hofer family is operating the hotel with heart and soul already in the second generation.
The cuisine at the Hotel Sonnleiten is well-known for the combination of "simplicity" and unique creations. We make use of many high-quality local products, combine them with international inspirations and turn them into unique experiences for your palate.
