Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
Our exception cancellation policy:
The reservation is only valid after receipt of a deposit (corresponds to 30% of the total stay).
In the event of unforeseen events, the reservation can be postponed up to 7 days before arrival at no additional cost. We issue a voucher for the amount paid, which is valid for 1 year.
In the event of a final cancellation of the reservation, the deposit (in accordance with Article 1385 of the Civil Code) will be retained as a contractual penalty and will only be refunded in the presence of our travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the agreed daily price will be taken into account.
