Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
What does the insurance cover?
-Trip cancellation: Reimbursement of cancellation costs if trip not started up to selected trip price (no excess)
-Trip interruption: Reimbursement of the booked but unused travel service up to selectet trip price
-Delayed arrival: Reimbursement of additional costs of overnight accomodation and meals during the outward journey up to € 400.
-Involuntary extension of holiday: Reimbursement of additional costs of overnight accommodation and meals at the holiday destination up to € 2,000.
-Search and rescue costs: in the event of an accident or in the event of distress in the mountains or at sea up to € 7,500. (incl. helicopter rescue).

In case of cancellation without insurance:
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be calculated.
