Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
Conditions of cancellation:
Cancellation untill 30 days before arrival: we keep the entire deposit (30%)
Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
Cancellation from 7 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 90% of the total amount of your stay.
In addition, in cases where the arrival is completely impossible due to problems related to the Covid-19 situation (legislative issues - limitation of travel), we will of course accommodate our guests by repaying the deposit or issuing a voucher.
Trip cancellation insurance
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance simply and securely online.
