In summer we are an ideal starting point for pleasant or also demanding hikes, mountain tours or bicycle tours.
In winter you can easily reach the biggest ski carousel of the world, the Dolomites Superski area with a variety of ski slopes and lifts with the ski bus, which stops almost in front of the Residence, or on foot (Seceda and Alpe di Siusi about 600m).
