Trip cancellation and insurance policy
Cancellation policy in % of the booking value:
- 21 or more days prior to arrival 0%
- from 20 to 8 days prior to arrival 50%
- from 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100%
In case of a of timely cancellation, the deposit will either be credited or refunded to you for a future stay, as you prefer. In the event of travel restrictions (e.g. due to Covid) in your home country or in South Tyrol, we will of course cancel your stay free of charge up to the last minute.
