Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days (included) before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed total price.
If you cancel between 15 and 8 days (included) before arrival, we charge 60% of the agreed total price.
For cancellations less than 8 days prior to arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price.
In case of failure to make use of the booked room for the agreed period without a cancellation, you are required to pay 100% of the total price.
In case of an early departure oder late arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed total price.
