Our cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions 2023:
Before departure something can happen, with our travel insurance from European Travel Insurance you are financially protected. This now also covers Covid-19- diseases.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The deposit will be converted into a voucher (valid for 2 years).
From 29 days before arrival until “no show” or early departure: 90% of the booking value will be charged.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005).
