Cancellations for Corona reasons must be made in written form at least 24 hours before your planned arrival. The valid reason for a free cancellation or rebooking for Corona is the following: Border closures, official travel warnings of your country of origin as well as illness from coronavirus in the own family (to be confirmed with a medical certificate).
For bookings at the ALPIANA no deposit is required.
For cancellations for other reasons we refer to the general cancellation conditions which allow a free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation within this period or early departure, the respective gourmet board price per person and day less 30 Euro will be charged for unused services.
If required by law, the scope of services may be reduced. This has no effect on the room price.
