Go-Karting and driving safety “in der Frizzi Au”, that’s to say in Ischia Frizzi, just outside Bolzano

Go-karting, motocross, and driver safety training - that and more awaits you in Ischia Frizzi (Frizzi Au). The few houses along the Adige River belong to this hamlet, part of the municipality of Vadena. It's primarily characterized by two facilities: the waste disposal site for 77 South Tyrolean municipalities with the Eco-Center, and the South Tyrolean Road Safety Centre, the Safety Park.
You can reach Ischia Frizzi via the Brennero Motorway and the left bank of the Isarco River road, which runs alongside Bolzano's industrial area. The extensive Safety Park is well-known throughout South Tyrol. If you want to go go-karting, ride a motocross or superbike around the track, or simply prepare yourself better for different weather conditions on the road, this is the place to be.
The driving safety centre offers various courses, including personal coaching, winter fitness training, and an awareness programme for children. A pit bike track completes the facilities. In addition to the Safety Park and the aforementioned waste disposal site, you'll also find the Confluenza Isarco Biotope and the small pond of the Bolzano Fishing Association.
The Bassa Atesina Cycle Path begins here, running south from Bolzano via Vadena to Salorno. And if you wish to travel even farther, you can even cycle as far as the Adriatic Sea and the Po River along the Via Claudia Augusta, built by the Romans over 2,000 years ago.
