Latemar - Obereggen Ski Center

Skiing in the Val d’Ega valley: piste perfection beneath the Latemar mountain, just 20 minutes from Bolzano

The Obereggen Skiing Area extends from South Tyrol into the Val di Fiemme in the Trentino. The Ochsenweide and Oberholz Cable Car whisk you from Obereggen up to the Latemar. A ski bus connects Obereggen with the Costalunga Pass and the village of Nova Ponente. Since the 2024/25 ski season, the three holiday and skiing areas of Obereggen, Pampeago, and Predazzo have been united under the name "Latemar". This allows you to enjoy the pistes of all three areas without removing your skis, and to experience the diverse offerings of South Tyrol and the Trentino.

Night skiing is available twice a week on the Obereggen piste and at the village lift in Nova Ponente. You can enjoy moonlit tobogganing on the Obereggen toboggan run. Floodlit snowboarding is also on offer: The Obereggen Snow Park has its own Night Park. Highlights of the Latemar-Obereggen Ski Center include the "Latemar Sixpack", six downhill runs with gradients of up to 60% and panoramic views, and the "Skimovie-Piste 8 (Toler)" with two parallel tracks.

Families are also well catered for. Trentino's only rail toboggan run, the Alpine Coaster Gardonè, along with various children's areas such as the Yeti Kinderpark, where the Obereggen Ski and Snowboard School helps with those first turns, the Brunoland Obereggen, the Mini Club, and the Snow House provide plenty of fun. Snow is guaranteed until April thanks to one of Europe's most modern snowmaking systems.
