The name Rio Nero (Schwarzenbach) is often heard in Ora in the south of South Tyrol: It designates the village stream, the leisure area with playground and the sports zone with ice rink, sports grounds and outdoor pool. The outdoor swimming pool in Ora with its pool area and well-kept sunbathing lawn is a popular attraction in summer.
The bar and restaurant offer delicious snacks, drinks and ice cream, and thanks to its location along the South Tyrolean Wine Road and the Bassa Atesina Cycle Path, which stretches to Salorno in one direction and to the provincial capital of Bolzano in the other, the outdoor pool can also be reached by various means of transport. A car park is available.
