A moor bathing lake on the Val Pusteria Sun Road invites you to swim and enjoy a pizza in the evening in summer

A playground, a water slide, a water fountain, a sunbathing lawn with a wooded area and the Seegasthaus Restaurant Pizzeria can be found at the Issengo Pond in the small village of the same name, Issengo (Issing). It is a district of Falzes and is easy to reach both by public transport - the bus stop is called "Issinger Weiher" - and by bike: A new parking area for bicycles and the e-bike charging station have been part of the facility for several years.
The pond is open from mid-June to the end of August. Hiking trails also lead to it, for example from Falzes via Irenberg on path no. 6B. Another route starts in Issengo and takes you to the hamlet of Hasenried, with view on Schöneck Castle, further on to the "Columnar Spruce", and then via Molini to the pond. Right next door is the KronAction Outdoor and Fun Park, one of the largest high rope courses in South Tyrol with a human slingshot and free fall experience.
