In the outdoor swimming pool with lake access, you can relax and then explore the Big Monticolo Lake on a pedalo or SUP

There are two lakes in the Forest of Monticolo, the Small Monticolo Lake and the Big Monticolo Lake. Seen from above, they form an idyllic ensemble in the south of South Tyrol, on the border to the neighbouring municipality of Caldaro. Both lakes have their own lido. The Lido on the Big Lake has a 33 metre sports pool with the longest water slide in South Tyrol, a children's pool and a baby pool. The wooden jetty leads out onto the lake. The spacious sunbathing lawn by the lake and the rental of pedal boats and SUPs complete the offer.
Tiered admission tickets benefit families, working people enjoying the evening by the water and active holidaymakers hiking and cycling in the Monticolo Forest. In the evening, the restaurant invites you to enjoy South Tyrolean dishes and Italian pizza, also if you haven't visited the Big Monticolo Lake Lido before. There is a large chargeable car park near the Monticolo Lakes, and the Appiano lake and hiking bus also stops here.
