Water, exercise, balance, the fresh air and a spectacular mountain scenario - the small Kneipp facility in the idyllic Val d'Anna in Ortisei combines all of this. It can be reached in a few minutes from the valley station of the Seceda Cableway, which takes you into the Puez-Odle Nature Park. A Kneipp path around a square made out of wooden trunks has been realised along the Rio Anna.
The benefits of undergoing a Kneipp cure are varied, a fact that has been recognised by the Bavarian priest Sebastian Kneipp already in the 19th century: It stimulates and improves the circulation and strengthens the immune system. The Val d'Anna itself is a popular recreation area, above all for families with children. At its entrance, there's the Col de Flam Adventure Park, and along the path leading to a playground you'll pass several rest benches and hammocks.
