Seeking refreshment? On hot summer days there is nothing better than jumping into a swimming pool or a bathing lake
Most of the South Tyrolean villages feature an outdoor or adventure pool, and in some areas such as in Caldaro and Appiano in the south of South Tyrol, in Fiè and on the Renon High Plateau there are even some beautiful ponds and lakes where you can take a refreshing swim. Extensive lawns, water slides, and water sports such as windsurfing or pedal boating are also available.
In the other seasons, you may enjoy the thermal baths and water worlds, which stay open all year round and offer - besides relax in the warm water - usually also a sauna world.
