In Predazzo, accessible via the Val d'Ega and the Costalunga Pass, a railway toboggan run rushes for about 1 km across the green alpine meadows of the Latemar Group. Here, as on the South Tyrolean side of the mountain, there are numerous paths through the magnificent landscape of the Dolomites and - as a special highlight - the adrenaline kick with the Gardonè Alpine Coaster.
The cable car takes you up to about 1,650 m a.s.l. A few metres above the mountain station and the Baita Gardonè mountain hut with its Mountain Riviera, an artificial sandy beach with sun loungers, the adventure begins: Children from 105 cm may ride in the two-man bobsleds that are pulled up to the start, children from 9 to 14 years of age have to be accompanied by an adult of at least 15 years, while young people from 15 years of age may ride alone. Then 980 m of descent down the mountain await you, with twists and turns, a 360° round trip and a photo point. The Alpine Coaster Gardoné also operates in winter. Exciting!
