In Tesido you can discover the mysterious and fascinating world of South Tyrolean legends on an approx. 5 km long circular trail

The trail starts about 100 m above the parish church of Tesido and then it's time to immerse yourself in the world of legends: the Tesido Legend Path leads in 1.5 hours (200 metres in altitude) past four stations with colourful boards that tell the legends of Tesido and the surrounding area. Wooden sculptures accompany the journey into the world of myths. Here you can find out, for example, who is up to mischief and how the mountain below Mt. Costa got its name.
The 4.7 km long path was created in 2017 as a joint project (Tesido Nature Association, Tesido Primary School and Monguelfo Forestry Station with the support of the market town of Monguelfo-Tesido). It is located at an altitude between 1,220 and 1,399 m a.s.l. and offers magnificent views on the Dolomites. It can be done with an off-road pram. Those arriving by bus can get off at the Tesido/Raika stop of line 441. Have fun!
