Solda, well-known for its spectacular mountain scenery, also has a special summer experience to offer for families: the Bear Bath, a water and nature facility built exclusively with natural materials. It consists of a natural waterfall, a foot pool and cold arm bath, all realised according to the Kneipp principle and fed with spring water. But there is not only water here, but also all kinds of information for young and old: Topics are the local flora and fauna and the Ortles region.
And why Bear Bath - "Bärenbad" in German, "Bagno degli Orsi" in Italian? In spring 2005, for the first time after more than 100 years, a brown bear crossed the Solda Valley and, after some time, headed for Switzerland. In between, you can relax in one of the numerous resting places. Tree house, barefoot path and nature arena offer plenty of entertainment for a day with the family here in the Stelvio National Park. Not enough? In Solda there is also an EVOPÄD® course, an adventure trail including balance training with 7 stations, which starts at the Pulpito Chair Lift.
