Gumperle Animal Path

In the Val Venosta valley, the forest mouse Ferdinand is waiting for his little friends. The mascot accompanies them in about 1.5 hours on a 2.2 km circular route that starts and ends below the Church of St. George in Agumes (Agums). At the numerous stations of the Gumperle Animal Path - "Waldtierpfad Gumperle" in German, "Sentiero degli animali selvatici" in Italian -, everything revolves around the native animals of the forest. 15 stops are to be made, among them at the badger tunnel and the woodpecker hill. The ant, the badger and the woodpecker, the stag and the bearded vulture, one of the rare inhabitants of the Stelvio National Park.
