Oetzi High Rope Park

High above Lake Vernago, the Oetzi High Rope Park awaits with 13 courses and pure thrills

Above Lake Vernago, a popular destination with a lakeside path in the Val Senales - the very valley where the ice mummy Oetzi was discovered at a dizzying altitude - another highlight awaits. A high-ropes course suspended over a dramatic gorge promises fun and adventure for children, teenagers, and adults alike. A large barbecue area also provides a pleasant spot for celebrations.

At the Oetzi Rope Park, 13 courses await you at heights ranging from two to 30 metres. There are 180 platforms in total. Each course offers between six stations (easy course) and 24 stations (challenging course), and four courses have been specifically designed for children. Among the highlights are the Flying Foxes, some up to 50 metres long, and the Zipline course.

If you're feeling truly daring, you can try the Giant Swing: With a 10-metre drop, it dangles over the gorge and isn't for the faint of heart. The Oetzi Rope Park is equipped with a modern safety system and highly trained instructors are on hand to assist you.

How to get to the high-ropes course: It is located at the far end of Lake Vernago, parking is available directly at the Oetzi Rope Park. You can also take the 261 bus from Naturno and alight at the "Marcheggtal" stop, right next to the high-ropes course.
