The Pschnickerhof in Villandro attracts many guests due to its quiet location amidst chestnut groves. The farm inn in the Valle Isarco is known for its cosy parlours and delicious food. Every gourmet gets his money's worth here.
Speck, cheese, "kaminwurzen" smoked sausage, boiled new potatoes, "schlutzer" ravioli, cheese dumplings, spinach and speck dumplings. In autumn, barley soup and potato soup, meat cuts with cabbage, "erdäpfelblattlen" potato pancakes, chestnuts, sweet "krapfen" pastries. In winter and spring, potato ravioli, cabbage dumplings, "krapfen" pastries with cabbage and spinach, "grüne zaache" potato and spinach pastries, spare ribs, roast beef and pork, "kniekiechl" fried pastries, and a variety of cakes on request. Juices: elderflower, raspberry, blackcurrant and apple.
Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau and Vernatsch are produced on the farm from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from July 1 to mid-September from 3 pm. Closed from Sunday to Tuesday. From mid-September to the end of November open Thursday and Friday from 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday from noon. Open by reservation during Easter and Whitsun. For the rest of the year, reservations are accepted for groups of 10 or more.

Access route: On the road from Chiusa to Ponte Gardena turn right at the "Kalchgruber" trading estate at Villandro. After 1.5 km the farmyard is located on the right.
