The Oberpartegger farm in Villandro in the Valle Isarco valley is virtually a self-sufficient farm

At the Oberpartegger, guests know where the ingredients of the tasty dishes come from. The farm inn produces most of the products itself. In the parlours, guests enjoy meat, bacon, sausages and corned beef "Surfleisch" from the farm's own slaughtering and processing. The farm's own wines and a variety of seasonal products round off the culinary experience.
Home baked bread, Speck, cured beef, cheese, butter, "Zieger" (cream cheese), accompanied by boiled potatoes, barley soup, "Schlutzer" (spinach ravioli), "Buchteln" (jam-filled buns). To advance order: cheese and Speck dumplings, veal knuckle and spare ribs. In spring asparagus dishes, wild garlic pasties. In autumn, chestnuts, nuts, ‘Kaminwurzen’ (chimney smoked sausage), various soups, cold cuts platter, farm roast, "Erdäpfelblattlen" (fried potato pasties) with cabbage, various "Krapfen" (fried sweet pastries). Juices: elderflower, apple, cherry.
At the farm, a sparkling wine, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Vernatsch and Zweigelt are produced from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from 5 pm from September to December and from March to May. Open from 1 pm on Sundays and in autumn and during asparagus season. Closed on Tuesdays in autumn and from Mondays to Thursdays in spring. Advance booking recommended.

Access route: Take the road from Chiusa to Ponte Gardena and turn right at the Villandro trading estate "Kalchgruber". After about 2 km turn right again (in a left turn), the farm inn is located after approx. 1 km.
