At the Oberlegar farm inn near Terlano, the Schwarz family conjures up homemade specialities. On the picturesque farm in the midst of greenery, you are warmly welcomed and enjoy a traditional, authentic atmosphere. The fields are cultivated with a lot of tradition and love, and the fruits and home-grown products are used to create true culinary delights that spoil the guests depending on the season.
Cheese, "Speck", "Kaminwurzen" smoked sausages and home-baked bread. In spring, asparagus soup, asparagus strudel, bear's garlic or nettle dumpling soup on asparagus ragu, home-made pasta with bear's garlic. Kid goat, roast lamb, asparagus with ham, Bolzano sauce and salt potatoes. In autumn, chestnut, pumpkin and barley soup, "Schlutzer" spinach and ricotta ravioli, cheese, beetroot and nettle gnocchi, pumpkin ravioli, meat platter, spare ribs, roast lamb and jowl of beef, chestnuts and "Krapfen" fried pastries. In addition apple juice, elderflower cordial, herb cordial and blackcurrant juice.
Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Vernatsch are produced on the farm from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from the end of March to the end of May and from the end of September to the start of December from 6 pm. Open on Sundays and public holidays from midday. Closed from Monday to Wednesday. Advance booking desired.
