At the Unteroltlhof farm delicate cheeses made from raw goat’s and cow’s milk are manufactured

Unteroltlhof farm lies at the end of Sextental valley at 1,450 m above sea level. Around 50 goats, 20 sheep, a few cattle and pigs as well as chickens and a horse are kept here, including a few endangered breeds. The farm cheese dairy, which makes milk from the farm goats and cattle into cheese, is the central element to the farm.

Access route: From Bruneck/Brunico, take the Sexten/Sesto road to Kreuzbergpass/Passo Monte Croce. At the Signaue cable car it is 5 minutes by foot to the farm taking the road through the woods. Taking the Alpe Nemes road, it is 20 minutes on foot from Moos/Moso.
