The hens at Pennhof farm enjoy wonderful views across the whole Eisack river valley. "The recently built hen coop, special organic feed and ample space to roam all year round mean that my hens are happy hens", says Hansjörg, the young farmer. He provides ideal conditions for producing particularly tasty free-range eggs. The organic farm set at 800 m above sea level also offers sweet chestnuts.
