The Burghof Latsch is farmed organically and recently also according to biodynamic rules. The quality is also noticeable in the EVA organic juices: "From fruity Golden to tasty Cuvees with Rohne, quince or apricot. Delicious fruits become healthy food. Fresh, harmonious and natural," emphasises farmer Irmi.
