Knöspele distillery

At the Knöspele distillery near Bressanone, the fruity and aromatic taste of fruit is bottled. Distilling requires a creative approach to the fruit and skill in the craft of schnapps distilling. The aromatic grapes and fruity fruit thrive excellently on the sunny slopes above Bressanone. In the constant search for new, special flavours, Mr. Rastner refines his schnapps and sells them in his distillery.
