The two young farmers Andreas from Koflhof and Josef from Thalhof in Aldino have founded "Kirnig" together. Under this name, the two cultivate organic noble mushrooms all year round. The name comes from the dialect word "kirnig", which means vital and powerful. They also grow wine, apples, blueberries and cherries and keep piglets and dairy cows.

Access route: Coming from Montan, drive to Aldein and turn off left into Thalweg after the fire station. Follow the road for about 2 km until you reach Thalhof farm.
