At the foot of the Sciliar, at 1,250 metres, lies the Hof zu Fall farm in Castelrotto. Farmer Joachim and his wife Michaela produce delicious raw milk cheese and yoghurt from their own cows' milk. Here, the Grey cattle cows enjoy plenty of freedom to move around in the barn and the finest feed from the surrounding mountain meadows.
