At the Fasslerhof farm the climate of the Val Pusteria valley gives rise to many delicacies

At the edge of the village of Villabassa, on a gentle hill, lies the Fasslerhof. Berries and wild fruits grow around the farm and are processed into fine fruit spreads and syrups. Two special fruits are also grown here: Chokeberry and Sea Buckthorn. These wild fruits, native to the Nordic countries, thrive particularly well in the climate of the Val Pusteria valley.
