In Monte Santa Caterina (Katharinaberg), high in the Val Senales valley, the Ausser Brugghof farm is located at 1,100 m a.s.l. Young farmer Patrick cultivates a wide variety of berries and flowers here and processes them into syrups and fruit spreads. Special recipes give these sweet products a very special flavour.
