The WinePass guest card offered numerous benefits for wine lovers and holidaymakers in South Tyrol
Please note: The WinePass has been discontinued since January 2025!
Until the end of 2024, the WinePass, the guest card of the South Tyrolean Wine Route Association, was included in the room price at participating partner establishments and offered a wide range of benefits. It made exploring the region not only easier, but also more affordable.
There were two versions:
WinePass light

50% discount on more than 60 Wine Experiences, including a gastronomical cycling tour through the Bassa Atesina area in the south of South Tyrol, polenta cooking in the vineyard and a wine tasting in the Andriano Winery

free use of all means of public transport in South Tyrol, including the regional trains to Brennero and Trento, the cable cars to Renon, Maranza, Meltina, Colle and Verano, the Renon Railway, the famous Mendola Funicular and the Swiss Postbus till Müstair

Included all the benefits of the WinePass light, plus:
- free admission to 90 castles and mansions, museums and exhibitions, including the South Tyrolean Museum of Archaeology with Oetzi in Bolzano, the South Tyrolean Museum of Culture and Provincial History at Tyrol Castle and the South Tyrolean Wine Museum in Caldaro
