Architectural models of South Tyrolean building projects at Archimod in Bolzano

The Department of Public Works of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano presents 50 three-dimensional models of its building projects in a small exhibition space in Bolzano's industrial zone. Squares and schools, museums and hospitals, residential complexes and roads, tunnels and bridges - discover all this and more at Archimod Urban Space.
The exhibited projects have been realised over the past 30 years or are currently being planned or are under construction. The simple lettering "Archimod" indicates the small museum in the Via Giotto road from the outside. Due to the limited space, visits are possible only by appointment during the Department of Public Works' office hours.
Not only the exhibited projects but also the location itself exemplifies urban renewal. The formerly unused building in the Oltrisarco-Aslago district was revitalised in 2016 and converted into an innovative and inspiring museum - an exciting alternative to decay. Archimod Urban Space thus became a creative workshop and a cultural meeting place for events, discussions, and exchanges.
How do you get there: The Via Giotto road is easily accessible by public transport. Parking is limited. By the way: Just one and a half kilometres away, also in the industrial zone, you'll find the private Bolzano Cinema Museum (Cinè Museum).
