This idyllic trail is based on the five pillars of Sebastian Kneipp: water, exercise, nutrition, medicinal plants and order of life, whose holistic thinking is still considered groundbreaking for naturopathic healing methods and health promotion today: "Nature has given us everything we need to stay healthy in abundance".
