There are many reasons for tension in the shoulder and neck region. The main reasons lie in the anatomy as well as an unfavourable everyday posture and little or one-sided movement. In addition, working at a PC, keyboard and mouse leads to tension in the hands and forearms, which has a negative effect on the shoulder-neck region.
This session focuses on the fasciae. Using tried-and-tested and helpful exercises from therapy, we will utilise the malleability of the connective tissue to realign and reorganise the body structure. You will be given lots of tips for everyday life and yoga practice to release tension and experience greater lightness in your shoulders and neck. -
