Sunrise Concerts at Monte Cavallo

In summer, Rosskopf visitors can look forward to an extraordinary highlight: the guided sunrise hike with a mountain breakfast at the "wishbell". In the special atmosphere of the early morning, guests enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Stubai Alps.

In the early morning, the cable car takes you from Sterzing to 1860 metres above sea level. From there, together with a hiking guide, you walk the last 350 metres up to the "Köpfl" to see the sun rise over the Zillertal Alps and the Dolomites in the east. Right at the "wishbell", the regional mountain breakfast welcomes the sun rays with a magical atmosphere. A regional mountain breakfast rounds off the programme. Served high up at 2120 metres, this is undoubtedly a unique highlight!

A total of four concerts offer a great variety. The sunrise concerts begin on 28th of July with a performance by the civic chapel of Sterzing. The Sterzing band "Spicy" will follow on 7 th of August, followed by a reinterpretation of "Stubmusig" by the Lüsner-Buabm "Jimi Henndreck" on Sunday, 18th of August. The last concert on 28th of August will be presented by the three siblings "Maschlmusig", who combine traditional music with a modern touch.

Guests who have the ActiveCARD Sterzing receive breakfast free of charge.

Costs without ActiveCARD Sterzing (optional): Mountain breakfast adults - € 17.00 | children (8 - 14 years) € 10.00

Only with registration! Breakfast is paid for on the morning of the event at the Rosskopf valley station. Guests will receive the breakfast wristband there.
