Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise outdoor workshops along the herb promenade in Welschnofen | Nova Levante.

The topics of the workshops are as varied as nature itself and vary from week to week. All participants may take their self-made products from the herbal workshop home with them and continue to enjoy the magic of herbs after the workshop.

In this workshop we will learn what Oxymel is and how it is made. It is a combination of honey and vinegar, which is very beneficial to health and is therefore an effective remedy. Depending on the effect you want to achieve with the Oxymel, a wide variety of medicinal herbs are used.
