Ice hockey ist not just a game of skating and shooting… it is much more a game of quick decisions.
That is exactly why we created the Edges, Decision Making & Goal Scoring Camp, where we will work on the decision making ability of our players, because we think that it is the ultimate skill to master the game of hockey.
After a few sessions of edge work to strengthen our stability, we will go into very specific decision making drills where we will challenge our players to make every decision quicker, in order to gain the edge over their competitors during that split second that decides upon victory or defeat.
Whether it is left or right, passing or shooting, the right answer does not wait.
And that is why the best technique is worthless, if it is not used at the right time.
