Manuel Wieser
With over 25 years of international experience in hospitality, Manuel has worked across all areas of the industry, with a strong focus on flair bartending. For the past four years, he has specialized in building niche spirit brands, bringing valuable expertise and a sharp sense for trends.

Maicol Pircher
Named “Best Barkeeper Talent” in 2019, Maicol has over eight years of experience and a growing reputation in the bar world. As a guest bartender in hotspots from Mexico to Berlin and Amsterdam, he impresses with his creativity and precision, shaping the international cocktail scene with his distinctive style.
