The mudras are special positions of the hands and fingers through which we channel energy into certain parts of the body. The mudras act on physical, mental and spiritual level and regenerate the entire organism.
During this weekend you will learn exercises as well as special mudras for healing chronic illnesses, allergies and intolerances.

PROGRAMME:

• Friday, 09/11; 7.30 pm. - Introductory lecture on Jin Shin Jutse and Mudras
• Saturday, 10/11; 9.00 am.-5.00 pm. - Practising the 8 most important mudras and daily use
• Sunday, 11/11; 9.00 am.-5.00 pm. - Mudras for the immune system, allergies, intolerances and stress
